Captain America’s Infinity War Hot Toys Mystery Weapons

A new Hot Toys collectible figure for Avengers: Infinity War‘s Captain America will include a mystery weapon, which will only be revealed after the film’s release.

The figure is a part of Hot Toys’ Movie Promo Edition line of collectibles, and does come with Steve Rogers’ twin Vibranium shields which can be seen in various promos and trailers for the third Avengers film.

Captain America’s figure is a 1/6th scale that includes the likeness of Chris Evans with a head sculpt, detailed hair and beard, Cap’s battle-damaged suit with an exposed chainmail, a movie-themed stand and an alien Outrider that can be attached to the stand.

A few educated guesses can be made as to what the mystery weapon could be. A scene from last year’s Spider-Man: Homecoming saw Happy Hogan overseeing the packing of Avengers Tower in New York City. As items are being loaded onto a transport carrier, Happy casually mentions that one of them is a new shield for Captain America.

Perhaps during Earth’s Mightiest Heroes’ battle with the Mad Titan Thanos, Iron Man initiates a truce with Steve Rogers after their philosophical differences in Captain America: Civil War, and reunites Steve with a new red-white-and-blue shield.
