At New York Comic Con‘s Friday evening Marvel Comics: Spider-Man panel, the publisher revealed that Spider-Geddon will be an event centered on Miles Morales.
“To date, most Spider-Man events that we’ve seen have been surrounding the life and times of Peter Parker,” Marvel Editor-in-Chief C.B. Cebulski said in a trailer for the event at NYCC. “But now, Peter’s taken a backseat, and Miles is taken front and center to this. Miles Morales, who is new to the Marvel Universe, the new teen Spider-Man, the Kid Arachnid, so to speak, is going to be at the front and center of his first big Spider-Man event.”
