“Michael’s here, get downstairs!” shouts Laurie at her adult daughter Karen (Judy Greer) as she readies a shotgun and bolts the door.

Leaning against her front door for a confrontation 40 years in the making, Laurie is surprised when Michael makes his sudden, violent entrance as John Carpenter’s familiar score swells in the background.

The film stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Judy Greer, and Andi Matichak with Nick Castle and James Jude Courtney sharing the role of masked killer Michael Myers. The film is executive produced and scored by original filmmaker John Carpenter.
